AFSIC is Africa’s Leading Global Investment Event that is attended by over 40 countries. AFSIC has become one of the most important conduits of investment into Africa.
AFSIC is entirely focused on bringing together Africa’s business leaders, Government officials as well as Africa’s most promising investment opportunities with the continent’s most important investors and deal makers to facilitate new Investments into Africa.
Bernard Oduro Takyi, (B.O.T) as he is affectionately called, as a delegation leader of 21 young entrepreneurs from the Commonwealth West Africa spoke on the need to attract financial investments into the agricultural sector of Africa which is the mainstay of most African economies.
Bernard Oduro Takyi as a proud Ghanaian took time to throw more lights on the Government Planting for food and jobs Initiative, Planting for Export and the One District One Factory Initiative of the current Government which are excellent conduits for Foreign Direct Investments.
These are the kind of young entrepreneurs and leaders Ghana needs towards building the next Ghana we all need.
Equally, Bernard Oduro Takyi (BOT) also had the opportunity of joining Jobs for Economic Transformation in Ghana (JET) Investment session as a Representative of private sector Agribusinesses at AFSIC2021 in London, UK.
The Ghana JET program is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
The greatest development is that AFSIC shall be working closely with Bernard Oduro Takyi for the next two years on projects financing in Africa
Ghana needs more young enterprising people to build an industrialized nation that will provide sustainable jobs for a radical economic development.
