A 51 year old banker confirmed as MCE for Wenchi

Mr Alexander Obour Damoa, a 51 year old banker has been confirmed by the assembly members of the Wenchi Municipal Assembly in the Bono Region as the new Chief Executive for the area.

Mr Obour Damoa, received 100% of the votes of all 41 Assembly Members, who cast their votes on Friday at the Wenchi Municipal Assembly Hall.

He is the 9th nominee out of the 12 to be comfirmed so far in the region, meanwhile government nominees for Jaman North and Jaman South are expected to be comfirmed tomorrow 2nd September 2021.
