NDC is the party of choice for everyone irrespective of your background – BOT

The former Parliamentary aspirant of the ruling New Patriotic Party in the Sunyani West Constituency has said that the National Democratic Congress for everyone, especially the youth who aspire to be given greater height in life to offer their services to the country.

Mr Bernard Oduro Takyi, who was prevented from contesting the incumbent Member of Parliament for Sunyani West in the NPP Parliamentary primaries in 2020 with his huge supporters on Sunday, September 26, publicly crossed carpet to the National Democratic Congress at a brief ceremony held at his hometown, Kwatire.

Mr Bernard Oduro Takyi, in his speech indicated that the NDC as a Congress party, accepts everyone irrespective of one’s background.

”NDC is party of choice for everyone irrespective of your background”.

‘The Party is a Social Democratic Party that believes in the equality and the egalitarian treatment of each person, irrespective of their social, cultural,, educational, political, religious and economic relations in a multi-party environment.

The key words are equality and egalitarian treatment, this is what makes the NDC different from the rest. NDC is a Congress, it opens its doors to accept all manner of diverse groupings in the interest of national development’ he said.

Mr Bernard Oduro Takyi, on behalf of his huge followers, assured the NDC of their commitment and dedication to work hard together with every member of the NDC at all levels to wrestle power from the NPP in Sunyani West come 2024.

”Let me assure the people of Sunyani West that the NDC is now stronger than in 2020, we have a combined pillar and with a united front we will rescue the people of Sunyani West from the hands of the ‘MA ME BISAA – KIND – OF – LEADERSHIP’’ in 2024”.
