The Member of Parliament for Pru East Constituency; Hon. Dr. Kwabena Donkor has ended his four days tour of some communities in his constituency.
The four days’ visit to the communities, towns, and villages within his constituency is to thank all and sundry, especially NDC members, sympathizers, diehard members, and citizens who believed in his principles of equitable distribution of development and political sanctity.
Apart from showing appreciation and gratitude for their support and electing him for the third time to represent them in parliament and for also voting massively for the NDC in the 2020 general elections, he used the opportunity to interact with the people in those communities. He reechoed to them of his continual developments oriented agenda.
He made it known to the citizens of the passionate and frenetic effort he puts up towards the fight against armed robbery in the district and the four corners of the “far east” of the Bono East region.
Hon. MP. also promised to complete the ongoing rural electrification projects in the constituency and has indicated his lobbying for some other 18 communities to be added to the electrification projects his embarking on.
Dr. Donkor also promised to support those communities with schools under trees through communal labor to remove those schools under trees. His assistance to remove the schools under trees are the provision of cement ranging from 20 to 40 bags depending on the number of structures and classrooms and also supporting them with corrugated iron roofing sheet. He also promised to repair some broken boreholes at Kadue and build a new CHPS Compound at Konkonse electoral area. And when built, it will bring to bear, the provision of universal primary health care (CHPS compounds) to all disjoint electoral areas in the constituency by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
