The Member of Parliament for Tain Constituency, Hon. Sulemana Adama (Hon. Ramzy Adams) has, in his capacity, fulfilled his promises in few months of being the Member of Parliament for Tain constituency in the Bono Region.
According to the MP, ”a call to duty is a call to serve” and as part of projects to reduce the burden of the constituents, he has taxed a contractor to work on the stretch of road from the outskirt of Tainso to the Customs Barrier, that have been in a terrible state for a long time, causing headache for both drivers and passengers.
In an interview with Appiah Kubi on Tain FM Anɔpa Nkɔmɔ, monitored by masemtvgh.com, the Member of Parliament stated that he has received just a quarter of his MP’s Common Fund which he had decided to do something better with it before expecting the rest, hence the initiative of the Tainso-Barrier stretch of road.
“I am just receiving my first quarter of the MP’s Common Fund but I won’t sit down to see my people suffer on bad road”, he stated.
Some of the beneficiaries also showed their gratitude commending the Hon. MP for his kind gesture to his constituents.
