Prof Naana attends a two day Regional retreat in the Oti Region

The leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Oti Region led by Hon.Gyapong Kudjo has successfully ended a two (2)- day retreat in Nkwanta South, in the Oti Region.

This special retreat was attended by the Running Mate of the NDC in the 2020 Presidential Election, Some members of the National Executives Committee led by Hon.Samuel Ofosu Ampofo and Hon.Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, representation from the Council of Elders both National and Regional, Regional Executives Committee, Regional Director of Research, Regional Election Director and Deputy, All MPs across 8 Constituencies, five (5) Constituency Executives from each of the 9 constituencies and other leading members of the party.

The program seeks to review, Restructure,Re-Strategize and Consolidate our gains for 2024.

All the speakers acknowledged and congratulated the Oti Regional NDC for their splendid performance in the 2020 Election.

Election has now become scientific and therefore, we have to be scientific oriented to be able to achieve our desired target.

The MPs were encouraged to have meetings regularly with the Constituency Executives. Participants were also reminded to commit themselves to having constant meetings with the branches which is the surest way of making the base of the party very active.

Also, key issues on the voting trend in the region from previous years to the present were looked at and positive suggestions made to that effect.

Education on the NDC’s decision to boycott IPAC meetings was highlighted briefly.

The leadership of the party has once again expressed their profound gratitude to all Comrades who avail themselves for the important exercise and is optimistic that, all that was discussed, would be put into practice at our respective Constituencies and branches towards 2024 victory.
