The Member of Parliament for Ho West Constituency, Hon Emmanuel Kwasi Bedzrah has presented food items to the Muslim community.
On Friday, April 30, 2021, the Member of Parliament, donated bags of rice and sugar to our Muslim brothers and sisters as his annual commitment to aid them during the Ramadan fasting and prayers.
Speaking on behalf of the Member of Parliament, Mr. Adom Worlasi congratulated the Muslim community for their determination to fast and pray while adhering to the Covid-19 protocols both in 2020 and this year; 2021.
He urged them to continue supporting the Constituency and the MP in prayers to ensure development of their community.
The Zongo Caucus Coordinator, Alhaji Suley Wahab, who represented the Muslim Community, thanked Hon. Bedzrah for his thoughtfulness and his continues support to the Community as he noted “we were not expecting this knowing very well the hardship everybody is going through in the country”.
Also present at the event was the Youth Organizer of the Constituency; Mr Mubarak Otega, Constituency executive member; Hajia Mujanatu and some NDC branch executives within the Zongo Community.
